This website respects your privacy. Here is exactly what is collected, and what is not.

Hosting & Infrastructure

This site runs on a VPS at OVH. The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, access times) for operational and security purposes. No analytics service, tag manager or advertising script runs anywhere on this site.

Cookies and local storage

Switching languages sets a single cookie, locale, which remembers whether you read the site in English or Polish. Your theme preference (light or dark) is not a cookie at all - it lives in your browser's local storage and is never sent to the server. Signing in to the admin panel sets a session cookie, which concerns me as the site owner rather than visitors. There are no tracking, analytics or third-party cookies.

Comments

If you leave a comment on a blog post, the database stores the name you type and the comment text - nothing else, and no email address is required. Your IP address is read only to rate-limit submissions (five per minute); it stays in the server's memory and is never written to the database. Comments are moderated before they appear.

Authentication

The admin panel uses GitHub OAuth. No passwords are stored, and authentication data is limited to session management for authorised administrators.

Fonts and external resources

Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so reading the site sends no request to Google Fonts or any other third party.

Use of AI

I use AI tools while producing some of the material here - drafting and editing text, and keeping the Polish and English versions in step. Everything published is reviewed and edited by me, and the technical claims in the case studies describe work I actually did. The screenshots show the real interfaces of the projects they document.

AI is not applied to you. There is no chatbot on this site, visitor data and comments are never sent to an AI provider, and nothing you write here is used to train a model.

Third-party services

This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking service. External links (GitHub, LinkedIn) are standard hyperlinks with no tracking parameters.

Your Rights

You can ask me to delete any comment you left. Apart from comments, the server access logs and the short-lived rate-limit record described above, no personal data about visitors is collected.
